The encrypted messaging app WhatsApp seems to be testing a new support feature with the release of their latest 2.20.202.7 beta according to WABetaInfo.
The new WhatsApp support feature allows users to open a ticket and send their issue in-app to their team instead of sending an email to support@whatsapp.com which is a more convenient way for many.

The feature can be found under the ‘Contact Us’ section of the app and has the option to include device information if the user wants which can he helpful to the support team.
Once a user has sent their complaint using the new WhatsApp support feature, a response will be provided using a chat in-app and tickets will be marked closed according to the report.
This feature is already available of some instant messaging applications like Telegram and WhatsApp now seems to be venturing into it as well. However, at this time there is no confirm date of when it will be available to the masses.
