Aamir Liaquat shifted to hospital health worsens to due COVID-19

KARACHI: Former minister of religious affairs and current member of National Assembly (MNA) Aamir Liaquat has been shifted to hospital on Saturday after his health worsened due to coronavirus (COVID-19).

The celebrity turned politician was tested positive for coronavirus earlier this month along with his wife Syed Tuba and the couple has remained in quarantine at home.

According to his family, Aamir Liaquat had been coughing non-stop and facing trouble breathing so he was moved to the hospital for better care.

The politician turned to social media and asked everyone to pray for his recovery.
