Twitter is trending with hashtag #JusticeForUsamaNadeemSatti demanding justice for Usman Nadeem Satti, a 21-year-old student shot dead by Islamabad Police on Srinagar Highway at G-10 on suspicion.
According to the details, the 21-year-old victim, Usama Nadeem Satti, was returning from Shams Colony after dropping off his friend when he asked was stopped by Anti-Terrorism Force personnel and shot multiple times when he failed to comply.

According to the Anti-Terrorism Force spokesman, the police personnel had received a tip of a robbery in Shams Colony and they tried to stop the vehicle on suspicion because of tinted windows.
He added that the personnel fired shots at the car’s tires in an attempt to stop the vehicle but unfortunately, the bullets hit Usama Nadeem Satti and he died on the spot.
A First Information Report (FIR) has been registered under Section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and five policemen have been arrested for the murder of Usama Nadeem Satti.
The Inspector-General (IG) of Islamabad Police took notice of the incident and formed special teams compromising of SP Saddar and SP Investigation under the DIG Operations to look into the matter and take appropriate action.
