Javed Afridi, the man who brought MG Motors to Pakistan has once more teased a new vehicle, the MG 5 sedan on social media and many people are wondering whether the company plans on adding the car to their local lineup after the successful launch of their MG HS in the country.
Taking to Twitter, the Pakistani entrepreneur posted some pictures of the MG 5 sedan and although he did not say much else, the social media post has left many people in excitement thinking that the company might be planning something in the near future.

The MG 5 sedan comes with a 1.5-litre engine coupled with a Continously Variable Transmission (CVT) system, producing an impressive 150Nm of torque and 118hp with a top-speed of 180km/h.
MG 5 like most modern vehicles has all the standard safety and convenience features like an infotainment system, power adjustable seats, power-fold mirrors, climate control, sunroof, push-start function, six airbags, anti-roll protection, tire pressure monitoring, electronic stability control, hill start start and even cruise control.
However, right now there is no confirmation regarding the matter and there is just the one tweet by Javed Afridi so we will have to wait and see for more information regarding the matter.
It is pertinent to mention that MG Motors has claimed to have sold 10,000 cars in Pakistan since their launch and recently, Javed Afridi also tweeted about one of their dealerships hitting the 1,000 sales mark in Faisalabad.
