Samsung has unveiled its latest flagship smartphones – the Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus and the Galaxy S21 Ultra – with pre-orders now underway and new phones will be hitting markets by 29th January 2021.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 series smartphones are powered by the company’s own Exynos 2100 chipset which is built on the 5nm Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography process node, delivering up to 10 percent higher performance than previous the previous generation chip.

It is pertinent to mention that the smartphone’s USA and China variants are equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with Adreno 600 GPU, however, this variant will not be available in Pakistan.
Design and Display
The Samsung Galaxy S21 features a compact 6.2-inch display while the Galaxy S21 boasts a larger 6.7-inch display, however, both smartphone models offer a Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen running at a resolution of 1080 x 2400 (20:9 ratio) and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Galaxy S21 Ultra is the largest of the three models sporting a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display running at a resolution of 1400 x 3200 (20:9 ratio) and a screen refresh rate of 120Hz. It is pertinent to mention that these phones will automatically adjust the frame rate based on the content and whether you’re scrolling through your social feeds in an attempt to save battery.
Camera
Both the Samsung Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Plus offer a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 64-megapixel telephoto lens on the rear of the smartphone while on the front you’ll find a 10-megapixel selfie camera.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra is something else when it comes to the camera department. The smartphone features a 108-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera, and not one but two separate 10-megapixel telephoto cameras; one with a 3X zoom and one with 10X zoom.
Battery and Charging
The Samsung Galaxy S21 comes with a 4000mAh battery, the Galaxy S21 Plus with a 4800mAh battery and the higher of the three variants, the Galaxy S21 Ultra is equipped with a massive 5000mAh battery.
All three devices support 25W fast charging through USB and 15W fast Qi/PMA wireless charging with the ability to reserve charge at 4.5W when you need to power a secondary device.
