The Pakistan embassy in Saudi Arabia has announced revised fees for issuance or reviewal of passport in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
According to the details, the fee for the ten-year validity passport (normal) having 36 pages is now 126 Saudi Riyals while urgent will cost 210 Saudi Riyals. Moreover, the fee for a five-year validity passport having 36 pages remains unchanged.
The Pakistani embassy in Saudi Arabia made the announcement in the wake of Ministry of Interior issuing a notification calling for a 50 per cent cut in the fee for ten-year validity passport.
The fee for 10-year validity passport (normal) having 72 pages has been reduced to 232 riyals while that of urgent to 378 riyals. In the same way, the fee for a 200-page passport (normal) has been reduced to 252 while that of urgent to 502 riyals.
It is pertinent to mention that a person who has lost his/her ten-year validity passport for the first time will have to pay 252 riyals to get a new passport and in case of urgency, 420 riyals will be charged as per the new fees announced by the Pakistan embassy in Saudi Arabia.
