Most followed TikTok sensation Jannat Mirza has finally made it to the silver screen, and is all set to mark her Lollywood debut with a forthcoming Punjabi feature titled Tere Bajray Di Rakhi. Directed by Syed Noor, with Jannat Mirza as central lady, the film is expected to premiere on the occasion of Eid-ul-fitr, however no further details have yet surfaced.
The young, mesmerizingly beautiful and exceptionally talented Tiktok starlet Jannat Mirza is the leading brand in Tiktok universe and successfully holds the title of most followed Pakistani Tiktoker, with more than 13 million subscribers. After the massively acclaimed musical video Shayar, Jannat Mirza has once again turned to the entertainment industry. However, this time it’s something huge.
The bold and beautiful Jannat Mirza is all geared up to set her footsteps in Lollywood theatres with approaching Punjabi feature titled Tere Bajre Di Rakhi. The film has been directed and written by renowned Syed Noor, and aims to bring back the golden era of Punjabi films. The posters of the films that were recently dropped, highly represents Punjabi culture, and gives out the village life vibes. No further plot and premiere details have yet been revealed. However, it is expected to hit the theatre screens on Eid-ul-Fitr.
Talking about her debut film, Jannat Mirza commented, “I am very happy but nervous at the same time. I will make my debut, and this is the first time I’ll appear on the big screen.”
Moreover, talking about the genre of her movie, the actress expressed her confidence that tere Bajre Di Rakhi will do well on box office.
“I am hopeful that people will really like the film because we are bringing the Punjabi culture back. So people will definitely love it. We haven’t seen the production of Punjabi films in a while, but INSHA’ALLAH we will see more Punjabi films from now on.” – stated Jannat.
