Paramount plus has finally set forth the premiere date for its highly anticipated Mark Wahlberg starrer science fiction adventure “Infinite.” As per sources, the film will skip the big screen, and debut directly on the streaming giant this summer. It has been slated to release on June 10th, 2021.
American actor, producer and former rapper Mark Wahlberg has an extended lineup of acting credits to his name. Starting off with 1994 comedy Renaissance Men, the actor had gained glare of publicity the next year, after appearing alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in ‘The Basket Ball Diaries.’ And, since then, the actor has been featured in dozens of small and big screen titles, majority of which served as major hits.
Some of his critically renowned projects include The Perfect Storm, Planet of the Apes, the Italian Job, two Transformers live action movies, The Departed and The Fighter. The latter two had earned Mark Wahlberg Academy Awards and Golden globe Awards nominations. The actor was last seen in Netflix’s action comedy Spensor Confidential.
Mark Wahlberg ‘Infinite’ coming this summer
Mark Wahlberg is once again returning to the television screens, with a science-fiction this time. Titled Infinite, the movie is just around the corner, coming out on June 10th, and is therefore the talk of the town.
Directed by Academy Award winner Antoine Fuqua, ‘Infinite’ has been adapted from D. Eric Maikranz’s 2009 novel “The Reincarnationist Papers.” While, Mark Wahlberg together with Lorenzo di Bonaventura, Mark Vahradian, Mark Huffam, John Zaozirny and Stephen Levinson served as the producer.

Storyline
The forthcoming thriller narrates the story of Evan McCauley, an apparently schizophrenic guy, who is haunted routinely by skills he has never learned and the memories of places he’s never visited. Self-medicated and on the brink of a mental breakdown, he is rescued by a secret assembly whose members call themselves “Infinites.” They reveal to him that his memories are real, but, they are from multiple past lives.
Moreover, the Infinites bring Evan into their extraordinary world, where a gifted few are given the ability to be reborn with their memories and knowledge accumulated over centuries.
Now, with grave secrets buried in his past, Evan must work with the ‘Infinites’ to unlock the answers in his remembrances in a race against time to save humanity from one of their own, who seeks to destroy it.
Besides Mark Wahlberg, Infinite also stars the 12 years a slave and Maleficent actor Chiwetel Ejiofor. Ejiofor has embraced the antagonist in the upcoming feature.
Other actors include, Sophie Cookson, Jason Mantzoukas, Rupert Friend, Liz Carr, Toby Jones and Dylan O’Brien.
