ISLAMABAD: The Petrol Prices in Pakistan have been reduced from 1 September 2021 till 15 September 2021 on the directives of Prime Minister Imran Khan after reviewing the recommendations of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).
According to the announcement, the Petrol Price in Pakistan has been reduced by Rs. 1.50 per litre for the next 15 days while the price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has also been cut by Rs. 1.50 per litre.
Meanwhile, the Price of Kerosene Oil has been reduced by Rs. 1.50 per litre and the Price of Light Diesel Oil (LDO) has been slashed by Rs. 1 per litre for the first half of September 2021.

It is pertinent to mention that Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) had recommended an reduction of Rs. 3 per litre in the Petrol Price in Pakistan along with a cut of Rs. 5 per litre for High-Speed Diesel (HSD). Furthermore, the regulator also recommended to slash the Price of Kerosene Oil and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) by Rs. 3 per litre and Rs. 2 per litre respectively.
The new Petrol Prices in Pakistan will go into effect from 1 September 2021 and remain in place for the first half of the month till 15 September 2021.
