The launch of the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro seems to be right around the corner and the price of the two smartphones have been tipped online along with next month’s launch date. The Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are expected to launch on October 19 with sales beginning on October 28. However, the tech giant has confirmed other specifications of the smartphone and has also shared some images of the Google Pixel 6 series.
The Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will be powered by the company’s own chipset – Tensor, which was specifically developed by Google for the Pixel 6 series smartphones. However, it is rumored that the chipset is likely to be an unreleased Samsung Exynos 9855 SoC.
Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro Price (Expected)
The expected price of the Google Pixel 6 is EUR 549 for the 8GB/128GB variant while 8GB/256GB variant will reportedly cost EUR 649. In contrast, the Pixel 5 with its mid-range chipset was launched for EUR 629 for the 8GB/128GB variant. Meanwhile, the expected starting price of the Google Pixel 6 Pro is EUR 899 and there will reportedly be a EUR 100 difference between different memory variants. The Google Pixel 6 Pro will come in three storage variants, including 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, with all of them having 12GB of RAM.
Furthermore, the Google Pixel 6 will be offered in two color options, including Carbon and Fog. The Carbon color variant is speculated to be a black color while the Fog color will most likely be a green color variant. The launch date for the Google Pixel 6 series has been tipped again and according to the leak, the smartphone is expected to be launched on October 19 with sales starting October 28.
