JazzCash App Down: Customers Unable to Login

JazzCash banking app is down for users as they are unable to login and use the service. The problem with the service started around 5.00PM and many users have taken to Twitter complaining about being unable to login the JazzCash app.

Many JazzCash users have taken to their Twitter @JazzCash and started complaining about the banking app being down. However, the social media team of JazzCash is asking every individual for their account number to check the problem when the issue is being faced by all JazzCash customers.

INCPak WhatsApp Group users also confirmed that their JazzCash App was not working and many were having trouble logging into the service.

It is pertinent to mention that HBL suffered a similar problem a few days ago as their customers were unable to use the banking service for days after the bank updated their system and banking app. It took HBL four days to rollback the update and get their services back online.
