Money Heist might be ending this week with the release of Season 5 (Volume 2) on Friday at Netflix but this will not be the end of the series universe as Netflix has announced a ‘Money Heist Spin-Off Series’ which will be centered on the character of Berlin (Andrés de Fonollosa), the second-in-command of the heist and older brother to The Professor (Sergio Marquina).
The ‘Money Heist Berlin Spin-Off’ will be released in 2023 on Netflix, however, the digital platform has not given any more details regarding the spin-off series but the fans will reportedly get to see the origin story for a character who died relatively early into the series as he was portrayed to be terminally ill from the start.
