KARACHI: Sindhi Culture Day is being observed with traditional zeal across Pakistan and all over the world to promote the centuries-old culture of Indus Valley civilization on 5th December 2021.
The government of Sindh and Civil society organized various events to celebrate Sindhi Culture Day including Sindh’s capital Karachi. Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said in a message on this occasion of Sindhi Culture Day ‘This day gives us the lesson to respect all traditions and customs without any discrimination, This day is the day against racism, extremism and discrimination.‘
Cultural and Folk Music events are organized to highlight the culture and traditions (Topi and Ajrak) Trademark of Sindh, one of the oldest civilizations in the world.
Sindhi Culture day is celebrated in the first week of December mostly on (Sundays) across the world, where it starts from Canada and United States from midnight, continues in Pakistan, Middle East and ends in the United Kingdom.
