IHC orders to seal Monal Restaurant today

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered Chief Commissioner Islamabad to seal off Monal Restaurant today and also to take control of the Navy Golf Course built on encroachment land.

IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah has issued the orders to Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Chief Commissioner Amer Ali Ahmed after hearing the case related to the encroachments in Margalla Hills National Park. According to Chief Justice, This court will protect the wider public interest.

According to the court orders issued to Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Monal Restaurant will be sealed off today.
