Fiza Ali made a video detailing her horrible experience in Murree, which started as soon as she checked into the Aroma Café Hotel, where she was charged Rs. 20000 for a night’s stay.
The actress started out complaining about the hotel charging them Rs. 2000 for just three cups of tea alongside no water being available in the washrooms. She added that upon several complaints and waiting nearly four hours for the water, the management told them that the water will be available in the morning.
However, Fiza Ali requested a refund for the hotel’s room but the manager was nowhere to be found and her family had to go through a distressing time while on vacation.
