Aroma Hotel in Murree Issues Response to Fiza Ali’s Allegations

Pakistan actress Fiza Ali had released a statement on her terrible experience of staying at Aroma Hotel in Murree during the heavy snowfall that also cost the lives of several tourists trapped in their vehicles over night. However, Aroma Hotel issued their response to all the allegations made by Fiza Ali, while calling her allegations a cheap publicity stunt.

Talking to INCPak, a representative of Aroma Hotel, Hajra Amjad, issued a counter statement to allegations made by Fiza Ali against the establishment. “Because of her [Fiza Ali] cheap publicity stunts and defaming on social media, we also received a visit from Food Department of Murree.” stated Hajra Amjad. “Upon their investigation, they found out the truth that she was lying.”

Aroma Hotel says they have all the evidence to back up their statement and expose Fiza Ali for the false allegations in an attempt for cheap publicity. Fiza Ali had earlier claimed that she ordered three cups of tea, which costed her Rs. 2,000, however, the establishment states otherwise. “She ordered three cups of tea and three brownies which costed her around Rs. 2,000.” said Hajra Amjad, adding that a cup of tea at the Aroma Hotel costs Rs. 290 only.

“Aroma Coffee is an Australian brand, and we have to keep our prices considering in view the international brand fee, which we have to pay to Australian franchise and also the cost incurred by administration of keeping a respectable workforce of waiters and managers in hilly resort of Murree.” said the statement.

The representative also said that Fiza Ali lied about the cost of the room, stating that the highest price for their room was just Rs. 15,000, while other hotels cost Rs. 50,000 per room during the tourist season. However, Fiza Ali claimed that she was charged Rs. 20,000 for the room, which was without access to water.

“Yes, we did have water issues at our guest rooms because the water in the pipes froze and water tanker couldn’t reach from Islamabad because of the excessive rush of cars, jamming the entire city.” said the statement. “We did have the reserve water in another guest room and we asked her to move in there but she declined.”

Furthermore, the representative of the Aroma Hotel says that Fiza Ali lied about visiting on New Year’s eve, adding that she had stayed at the establishment in December and there is CCTV footage to prove it.
