Former Australian Cricketer Shane Warne Dies at 52

Former Australian cricketer Shane Warne has passed away at the age of 52 as a result of a suspected heart attack in Koh Samui, Thailand.

“Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived,” his management confirmed in a statement.

Shane Warne was regarded as one of the greatest bowlers to have played cricket and retired from the game as Test cricket’s second most prolific wicket-taker.

The legend played 145 Test matches for Australia, and took 708 wickets in the longest format of the game. He also represented Australia in 194 One ay Internationals and took 293 wickets in the format,
