The famous Islamabad D-Chowk has been blocked and closed to traffic as Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Awami March led by party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari reaches its destination to begin its show of power and oust Prime Minister Imran Khan from the office.
There were party workers were already present at Islamabad D-Chowk when the PPP Awami March, which was launched on February 27 from Karachi, reached its destination and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari addressed the large crowd and chanted slogans of “Go Selected Go.”
According to PPP official Twitter handle, the Islamabad administration had blocked the party’s entrance by putting up barricades at Faizabad, which were later removed as more followers gathered and took part in the Awami March while the leadership refused to move until the way was made clear.
