Islamabad authorities have closed hiking trails of Margallah Hills in Islamabad for the general public for four days from 21 to 24 March 2022 on account of the 48th Session of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) of Foreign Ministers (CFM) being held in Islamabad.
The announcement was through a notification issued by the District Magistrate Office Islamabad. “Due to arrangements related to 48th Session of OIC Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) in Islamabad and Pakistan Day parade on 23 March 2022, it has been decided to close all the hiking trails of Margallah Hills Islamabad for the general public from 21st to 24th March, 2022.” said the notification.

It is pertinent to mention that Islamabad and Rawalpindi authorities have announced four public holidays from 21st to 24th March on account of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers Conference (CFM).
