PM Khan loses ‘Nafees Log’ MQM-P Joins Opposition in No Confidence Motion

ISLAMABAD: In a recent development the agreement between Mutahida Qoumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) and Opposition Parties has been finalized and MQM-P has decided to vote against Prime Minister Imran Khan.

MQM Pakistan shared the breaking news on Twitter ‘The Agreement between Opposition and Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan has been finalized, after the ratification of the proposed agreement between the PPP and the MQM Pakistan Coordinating Committee, the details will be communicated to the official media tomorrow at 4 pm.‘

The press conference that was scheduled to be held on Tuesday was postponed and Secretary Information PPP Faisal Karim Kundi announced that the press conference will now be held today (Wednesday) at 4 pm. According to sources, the final announcement will be made after the approval of the Rabita Committee of the MQM.

A Senior leader of the MQM Senator Faisal Sabzwari also confirmed through his twitter account the agreement between the united opposition and Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan has been finalized and after the ratification of the proposed agreement by the PPP CEC and MQM Pakistan Coordination Committee, media will be informed tomorrow at 6 pm.

If the MQM has decided to join the opposition, it seems Prime Minister Imran Khan has presumably lost the majority in the National Assembly before the final count of the no-confidence motion.

The news was not a surprise, MQM-P and PPP discussed the issues and Pakistan Peoples Party assured MQM-P leadership to honor with Governorship and Administration of two cities (Karachi and Hyderabad). Although the past history is evident that PPP and MQM-P never gets along and always part their ways after some time.

Nafees Log are no longer in favor of Prime Minister Imran Khan, probably by next week Khan will not be the Prime Minister according to the Opposition.
