The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane en route to Jeddah was able to escape a major mid-air disaster and made an emergency landing at the Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport.
According to the details, the PK-759 flight that was carrying 300 passengers had developed cracks in the windshield just minutes after its departure from Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore, but it was able to make a safe landing in Karachi.
Meanwhile, the PIA Spokesperson, Abdullah Hafeez Khan, has apologized to the passengers for the inconvenience and stated that the flight had landed in Karachi due to safety concerns. Furthermore, a high-level team has been formed to investigate the matter and take actions against those responsible.
