England have defeated India by 10 wickets and qualified for the final of the upcoming T20 World Cup 2022, where they will face Pakistan on November 13.
Chasing target of 169 runs, England completely annihilated India by securing victory in 16 overs without loosing any wickets.
Indian bowlers did not know what hit them as openers Jos Buttler and Alex Hales scored scored 80 and 86, respectively and guided their team to a glorious victory.
Earlier, India had set a target of 169 runs for England with the help of Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya, who managed to score 50 and 63 runs, respectively.
However, India’s batting lineup proved to be less effective against England’s bowling as Rahul (5), Yadav (15) and Pant (6), were all dismissed without making any considerable contribution to the score total.
