Kalma Chowk Underpass Inauguration Date Announced

The caretaker Punjab Government has announced to inaugurate the Kalma Chowk Underpass on 23 March 2023.

The announcement was made during a review meeting for the Central Business District (CBD) Punjab Boulevard and Underpass projects.

The Caretaker Minister for Communication, Works and Excise in Punjab, Bilal Afzal, said that Kalma Chowk Underpass project is being completed as per international safety standards and requirements.

During the meeting, the Caretaker Minister commended the lack of accidents and quality control during the construction project. He said that construction work and activities were being reviewed and relevant authorities have been directed to ensure a timely completion of the project.
