The Federal Government has decided to increase the Petrol Prices in Pakistan for the next fortnight from 16 April 2023 till 20 April 2023. According to the details, the Price of Petrol and Kerosene has been raised, while the Price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) will remain unchanged.
According to the announcement, the Petrol Price in Pakistan has been increased by Rs. 10 per litre, while the Price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) will be maintained for the second half of April 2023. However, the Price of Kerosene Oil has been jacked up by Rs. 5.78, while the Price of Light Diesel Oil (LDO) will remain unchanged for the next fortnight.
This brings the new Petrol Price in Pakistan at Rs. 282.00 per litre, while the Price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) will remain at Rs. 293.00 per litre. Meanwhile, the new Price of Kerosene Oil will be Rs. 186.07 per litre and Price of Light Diesel Oil (LDO) is will remain at Rs. 174.68 per litre.

The Latest Diesel and Petrol Prices in Pakistan will become effective from midnight 16 April 2023 for the for the second half of the month.
“In the wake of increase in petroleum prices in the international market and exchange rate variation, the Government has decided to revise the prices of Petroleum Products.” said the notification.

In the last review, the Federal Government had maintained the Petrol Prices in Pakistan, except for Kerosene Oil, which was hiked by Rs. 2.56 per litre.
