Bahauddin Zakariya Express Train to Be Restored From June 1

Pakistan Railways (PR) has announced to restore the Bahauddin Zakariya Express train (25-UP/26DN) from June 1 in order to facilitate passengers.

According to the details, the Bahauddin Zakariya Express train will run from Karachi to Multan in line with the summer Time Table 2023 of the train operation.

The notification has been issued by the Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office in Lahore. “With effect from 01-06-2023, 25-UP/26-DN (Bahauddin Zakariya Express) that piles Karachi City 0 Multan – Karachi City is being restored as per timings / schedule printed in the current summer Time Table 2023.” the notification read.

It is pertinent to mention that Bahauddin Zakaria Express has been non-operational since the floods wrecked havoc across Pakistan last year.
