Former Punjab Education Minister, Murad Raas, has announced that he is partying ways with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Former Prime Minister, Imran Khan.
In a press conference, he said, “We do not believe in the PTI’s politics of violence.”
Murad Raas is among many other PTI leaders who have jumped ship after the May 9 protests and riots that broke out after the party’s chief, Imran Khan, was arrested from the Islamabad High Court (IHC) premises.
Firdous Ashiq Awan, Shireen Mazari, Fawad Chaudhry and Fayyaz ul Hassan Chohan are some other prominent PTI leaders who have left the party and announced a break from politics after the May 9 incidents.
