The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MoHRE) has announced Eid al-Adha holidays for private sector in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from 27 June 2023 (Tuesday) to 30 June 2023 (Friday).
It is pertinent to mention that UAE residents and citizens will observe a total of six holidays for Eid al-Adha when combined with the following weekend and offices will re-open as per normal schedule from 3 July 2023 (Monday).
Earlier, Saudi Arabia officially declared the dates for start of the month of Zil Hajj, the Day of Arafah and Eid al-Adha 2023. According to the official announcement, the month of Zil Hajj commences from 19 June 2023 with Day of Arafah to be observed on 27 June 2023 (Tuesday).
Furthermore, Eid al-Adha will be celebrated on 28 June 2023 (Wednesday).
