Islamabad’s Trail 3 Rape Case Was Registered by The Girl For Money

A local court in Islamabad has ordered registration of a case against the girl who registered a false rape case after claiming she was raped near Islamabad’s hiking trail 3 in Margalla Hills.

According to the details, Judge Adnan Rasool of Islamabad District and Sessions Court heard the case on Wednesday and accepted the bail plea of the accused Noman Razzaq against the surety bond of Rs. 5,000.

In a surprising turn of events, Sidra, the girl who falsely claimed to have been raped, confessed to the fraud in a statement she recorded before the court yesterday. She said that she had agreed to file the rape charges against the man in exchange for money.

According to the girl, she was receiving Rs. 150,000 to see the case through and had already taken an advance of Rs. 10,000.

In light of the new development, the court has approved the bail for the accused and ordered a case to be registered against Sidra and her accomplices for filing the false case of rape at Islamabad hiking trail 3 in Margalla Hills.
