The caretaker Government has announced a reduction in the Petrol Prices in Pakistan for the next fortnight from 1 October 2023 till 15 October 2023. According to the details, the Government has hiked the Prices of both Petrol and High-Speed Diesel (HSD) from today.
According to the announcement, the Petrol Price in Pakistan has been reduced by Rs. 8.00 per litre, while the Price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has been slashed by Rs. 11.00 per litre.
This brings the new Petrol Price at Rs. 323.38 per litre and High-Speed Diesel (HSD) will now cost Rs. 318.18 per litre.

The Latest Diesel and Petrol Prices in Pakistan will become effective from today on 1 October 2023 for the first half of the month.
“In the wake of variations in international prices of petroleum products and the improvement in the exchange rate, the Government of Pakistan has decided to revise the consumer prices of petroleum products.” stated the Finance Division in the notification

In the last fortnight review, the caretaker Federal Government had increased the Petrol Price by Rs. 26.02 per litre, while High-Speed Diesel (HSD) witnessed a hike of Rs. 17.34 per litre, bringing price of both commodities at Rs. 331.38 per litre and 329.18 per litre, respectively.
