A recent image leak has brought to light the Tecno Spark 20 Pro and Spark 20 4G, offering a sneak peek into their design and potential launch dates before the official unveiling. The information and images come from Paras Guglani, a well-known tipster who shared the details on X (formerly Twitter).
Guglani’s tweet includes hands-on images of the Tecno Spark 20 Pro, showcasing a significant rear camera bump reminiscent of the iPhone 15 Pro models. According to the leak, this device is expected to feature a 120Hz refresh rate display, a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front, and a powerful 108-megapixel primary shooter on the rear. Under the hood, the Spark 20 Pro will be equipped with the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. Paras speculates that both the Pro and Pro+ variants will make their debut in India in January 2024.
Moving on to the Tecno Spark 20 4G, the same tipster shared crucial details about this base model, which has already surfaced in African markets. Live images of the device were disclosed, and the Spark 20 series is anticipated to launch in India in December 2023, a month prior to the release of the higher-end Pro models.
While the company has officially introduced the Spark 20C, details about the Spark 20 4G’s design were recently uncovered through leaked renders. Some key specifications of the Spark 20 Pro were hinted at through an FCC listing, and the Spark 20 Pro+ received certification on Bluetooth SIG.
These developments suggest that the launch of both devices may be imminent, aligning with Guglani’s proposed timeline. However, it’s important to note that this information remains unconfirmed, so it’s advisable to approach it with caution until official announcements are made.
