ECP Revises General Elections 2024 Schedule

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) revised the election schedule for the upcoming General Elections 2024. According to the issued notification, the scrutiny of nomination papers for reserved seats will now take place by January 13, as opposed to the initially scheduled date of December 30.

Additionally, the appeals against the decisions of the returning officers can be submitted until January 16, and the Appellate Tribunal is expected to address and resolve these appeals by January 19.

Moreover, the finalized list of candidates for specific seats will be made public on January 23.
