An anti-terrorism court in Islamabad has ruled to seize the properties and block the identity cards of six YouTubers, including Adil Raja, Shaheen Sehbai, Moeed Pirzada, Sabir Shakir, Haider Mehdi, and Wajahat S Khan, according to the Express Tribune.
These individuals are accused of incitement and provoking violence and have been declared absconders by the court.
The court directed the Deputy Commissioner to take possession of both movable and immovable properties of the accused.
Furthermore, the court instructed the Chairman of NADRA to block their identity cards and NICOPs. The Director General of FIA has also been ordered to block their passports.
The court has demanded a compliance report within 15 days and has taken statements from prosecution witnesses.
Judge Tahir Abbas Supra, who leads the court, has set a July 10 deadline for all departments to submit their compliance reports and issued written orders to this effect.
Adil Raja, Shaheen Sehbai, Moeed Pirzada, Sabir Shakir, Haider Mehdi, and Wajahat S Khan are charged with inciting and provoking people to violence.
