Bahria Town Final Notice for Possession date extended

Bahria Town Administration (Karachi/Lahore/Rawalpindi/Islamabad) has extended the date of possession and utility charges till August 2, 2024.

Bahria Town issued a circular on their official social media platforms and on website eariler today.

Bahria Town Administration stated, In view of the current economic situation, the last date to submit possession and utility charges for possession handover has been extended till 2nd August 2024.

This extension applies to the following Bahria Town projects:

• Karachi
• Rawalpindi
• Lahore
• Bahria Enclave Islamabad

Important Notes:

• No further extension will be given after this date.
• Charges will be increased after the given date.
• Plots may also be canceled as per company rules and regulations.

Last week, a few incidents of mobile snatching were reported in Bahria Town Rawalpindi Phase 8 and videos of these incidents surfaced on social media. Generally, Bahria Town has good security; however, it seems that the management is struggling to control the level of criminal activities within the area.

Similarly, residents of Bahria Town Karachi have also expressed concerns about the high maintenance charges, which were increased earlier this year along with utility charges.
