The Islamabad Traffic Police has issued a diversion plan due to the construction work at the Faisal Avenue Interchange. Commuters are advised to follow the new routes to avoid inconvenience. Below are the details of the diversion plan:
- Route 1: Traffic from Faisal Avenue (G-9) towards Faisal Avenue (F-8) will be diverted to F-10 and then to Margalla Road.
- Route 2: Traffic from Faisal Avenue (F-10) towards Faisal Avenue (G-9) will be diverted to Margalla Road and then to Faisal Avenue (G-9).
- Route 3: Traffic from Faisal Avenue (F-8) towards Faisal Avenue (G-9) will be diverted to F-10 and then to Margalla Road.
- Route 4: Traffic from Faisal Avenue (G-10) towards Faisal Avenue (F-8) will be diverted to F-10 and then to Margalla Road.
- Route 5: Traffic from Faisal Avenue (G-9) towards Faisal Avenue (F-10) will be diverted to Margalla Road and then to Faisal Avenue (F-10).
- Route 6: Traffic from Faisal Avenue (F-11) towards Faisal Avenue (G-7) will be diverted to F-10 and then to Margalla Road.
- Route 7: Traffic from Faisal Avenue (G-7) towards Faisal Avenue (F-11) will be diverted to Margalla Road and then to Faisal Avenue (F-11).
- Route 8: Traffic from Faisal Avenue (G-14) towards Faisal Avenue (G-13) will be diverted to Margalla Road and then to Faisal Avenue (G-13).
- Route 9: Traffic from Faisal Avenue (G-13) towards Faisal Avenue (G-14) will be diverted to Margalla Road and then to Faisal Avenue (G-14).
