The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced open trials for its departmental cricket team, offering aspiring cricketers an opportunity to showcase their talent.
The trials will be held at the National Cricket Ground, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad, and are part of preparations for the upcoming President’s Trophy Grade-II 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
The trials are open to players who meet the following requirements:
- Players who have participated in International Cricket, First-Class Cricket, Grade-II Cricket, District Cricket/CCA Cricket, Division Cricket, Pakistan U-19, Pakistan Shaheens/Pakistan ‘A’, or National U-19 within the last three years.
- Players who have played county cricket at the first-class level are also eligible.
- Participants who have recently passed the fitness test for the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy are exempted from the fitness test. All others must undergo fitness testing as per PCB policy. Only those who pass the fitness test will be allowed to participate further.

Requirements for Participants
Candidates must bring the following documents and items:
- Original Form-B or Smart National Identity Card (SNIC).
- Two recent passport-sized color photographs.
- White cricket uniform—participants without a white uniform will not be allowed to take part in the trials.
