Peshawar Blast kills 2 over 10 injured

Peshawar Blast – Two people‚ including one police personnel‚ were martyred and eleven injured in a bomb explosion at a hospital in Badhber near Peshawar this morning.

According to official sources‚ the policemen were escorting the polio teams when the incident took place. The injured have been shifted to Lady Reading Hospital.

President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif have strongly condemned the blast.

Deploring the loss of precious lives‚ the President directed the concerned authorities to provide best medical treatment to the injured.

Prime Minster has appreciated the security personnel who laid down their lives in the line of duty. Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Engineer Shaukatullah has also strongly condemned the blast.
