Karachi : MQM Manzar Imam killed

KARACHI – Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) lawmaker Manzar Imam was assassinated in Karachi along with three of his body guards.

Sources said Imam was gunned down in Orangi Town area of Karachi. Rescue personnel claimed that the murder took place near Nishan-e-Haider Chowk of the area.

All the markets in Orangi Town stood closed after the shootout.

The deceased was a member of the provincial assembly and a prominent leader of the MQM.
