SMS to 8000 and donate to the SC Diamer-Bhasa and Mohmand Dams

Donation to Dam Fund has been made much easier by SC for general public. Now you can SMS to 8000 and  donate to the SC Diamer-Bhasa and Mohmand Dams.

On Wednesday  July 4^th 2018, Supreme Court of Pakistan following the directive that the construction of Diamer-Basha and Mohmand Dams should start immediately had appealed to the people of Pakistan to Donate open heartedly for this National Issued.

If you visit the website of Supreme Court, fund raising status of Diamer-Basha and Mohmand Dams can be found. As of 13^th July the fund raising status has reached Rs.76,761,771.00 ( Seventy Six Million Seven Hundred Sixty One Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy One Rupees)

Supreme Court has issued a Press Release dated July 13,2018, that people can now donate Rs.10 to “Supreme Court of Pakistan Diamer Basha and Mohmand Dam Fund by sending SMS from mobile phones to 8000.”

User can type dam and send sms to 8000. After sending SMS Rs.10 will be deducted from the balance and the user will receive a message “ Aap ka Dus Rupey Supreme Court of Pakistan Dam Fund main denay ka Shukriya”

I have just sent an SMS , I hope you will to if you haven’t already. It’s only Rs.10 not a big amount. Rs.10 may not mean much to us put it will make a lot of difference for our beloved mother land. As the saying goes..
