Kyxz Mendoza of Quezon City Philippines is elated to see his Ultralight Aircraft 25 feet off the ground. After six years of hard work, he conducted the first successful test flight of flying car: Koncepto Millenya.
Kyxz Mendoza of Quezon said drone-style multi-copter technology is used in the Ultra Aircraft to achieve the flight.
He is hopeful to get appositive reaction from everyone. He said, due to bad weather conditions it took them a while. To them it was just a dream five years ago. After his first successful flight the invertor Kyxz Mendoza is now seeking investors for mass production of his Ultralight Aircraft.
Mendoza further added, “It is a drone car, I want it to be a sports car may be a flying Lamborghini. It was a trial and error process. Some materials did not work while some burned upon use”
The Philippine inventor claims flying cars will be the norm in five years. It took him eight years to create drone after teaching himself aircraft design. The Koncepto Millenya can carry 80kg and fly at the speed of 50-55 kmph. Mendoza has flown 25 feet height and travelled for 10-15 minutes at a time.
