Kaia Gerber Wins Model of the Year at 2018 Fashion Awards

LONDON: Kaia Gerber has just been awarded Model of the year at the Fashion Awards 2018. The 2018 Fashion Award was held at The Royal Opera Hall in London.

Kaia Gerber ,  17 year old teenager is the daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford. The award-winning teenage beauty is the youngest model ever to be honored with Model of the Year.

Kaia Gerber had tough competitors but managed to take home the crown. Competing against her were Adut Akech, Bella Hadid, Winnie Harlow and Adwoa Aboah (last year’s winner).

The Model of Year award has been previously awarded to models like Cara Deleving, Lily Cole, and Kate Moss.

Kaia Gerber who just started her modeling career last September right after her sixteenth birth day, has made a great accomplishment in such a short time.

Kaia Gerber Wins Model of the Year at 2018 Fashion Awards

She made her debut during New York Fashion Week at Calvin Klein spring/summer 2019 show.

She has been working with designers like Burberry, Versace, Alexander Wang and Valentino.

She also made her debut at Haute Couture Fashion Week for Chanel in January.

Kaia Gerber disclosed her first clothing collaboration with world renowned designer Karl Lagerfeld in August.

To support her family mum Cindy Crawford, dad Rande Gerber, and elder brother, Presley Gerber were all present at the 2018 Fashion Award
