US Citizen Becomes First Dubai Duty Free Millionaire of 2019

DUBAI: Dubai Duty Free Raffle has announced its First lucky winner for 2019. The first lucky winner is a US citizen.

Casey Bly, a 41-year-old Dubai-based American national was named first Millennium Millionaire on Tuesday.

Casey Bly won USD 1 million in series 290 and his lucky ticket number was 1435.

Bly is a Dubai resident for eight years and works for FEDCO.

Bly, who is delighted to be the first million-dollar winner in 2019, bought his lucky ticket at Dubai Duty Free on his way to Cape Town for a business trip. A resident of Dubai for eight years, Bly works for FEDCO. He works as a sales and service manager.

The delighted winner has said that he as a frequent traveler he had the habit of buying Dubai Duty Free Raffle tickets. He never lost hopes as he believed he will win one day.
