Nimerta Murder Case : Police Apprehend Two Suspects

GHOTKI: Police have apprehended two suspects in Nimerta Murder Case on Wednesday.

The two arrested are being identified as Mehran Abro and Ali Shan. Mehran Abro belongs to Larkana city & Ali Shan Mohro.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Larkana, has revealed in a statement that both the boys were close friends on Nimerta Chandani.

Nimrita Chandani was a final year student of Bibi Aseefa Dental College (BADC). She was found dead in her hostel room earlier this week on Monday.

The Larkana Police is confident, that they will be able to retrieve some important clues from the suspects during the investigation.

Nimerta’s cell phone is also in police custody.

The Police informed some of the text from her cell phone has been deleted and the cell phone has been sent to FIA head office in Islamabad for forensic examination.

Protest are ongoing and people are still demanding Justice For Nimerta. Earlier the case was being suspected as suicide. However, after the postmortem examination report, it was declared it was a murder case.

Her Brother Dr. Vishal had already suspected and said it was not a suicide case after examining the body of his sister.

The family of Nimerta as well as the nation stand today with Nimerta and none will stop till the murderers get the deserved punishment.
