ISPR Press Release: On going situation in IOJ&K

RAWALPINDI, 3 October 2019: ISPR has issued press release on the on going situation in IOJ&K. It states Kashmir is a jugular vain of Pakistan and will stand by our Kashmiri brethren at all cost.

Corps Commanders’ Conference presided by General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) held at GHQ today.

Forum reviewed geo strategic and national security environment and on going situation in IOJ&K.

Forum acknowledged effective highlighting of Kashmir dispute exposing Indian human rights violation under siege IOJ&K during UNGA session. Forum expressed appreciations for effective dealing foreign backed efforts at destabilizing Pakistan through various misadventure or aggression being conveyed through irresponsible media statements by Indian military commanders.

“Pakistan Army is fully configured, prepared and determined to defend honour, dignity and territorial integrity of motherland at all cost. Kashmir is jugular vein of Pakistan and no compromise shall be made which denies right of self determination of Kashmiri Brethren.” COAS

Commanders reiterated resolve for befitting response to any Indian misadventure or aggression being conveyed through irresponsible media statements by Indian military commanders.
