ColorOS 7 has been announced by Oppo at an event in China on November 20 with the roll-out of the new OS starting from November 25th in China. With this, Oppo announced that the first phones to come with ColorOS 7 out of the box will be the new Oppo Reno Series 3. This is the first time there has been mention anything about the new Reno Series.
Oppo on their weibo account said that the new Reno Series 3 will be the first smartphones to come with the new ColorOS 7 out of the box. They mentioned that the Reno 3 series will also come with Dual 5G support.

However it is yet to be confirmed that the new ColorOS 7 will be based on the new Android 10 version or remain on the current Android 9 Pie. However, it is very likely that it will have Android 10 since Oppo has started rolling out the Android 10 beta to select devices so it is safe to assume that the new ColorOS 7 will be based on the new Android 10 version.

The new Reno 3 Series is said to be launched next month in China but there is still no confirmation of when Oppo will launch the Reno Series 3 globally. Although we can expect a global launch soon after.
The specs for the Reno Series 3 have been leaked on Weibo. According to the person leaking the info, the Oppo Reno 3 is expected to have a quad rear camera setup, a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display that comes with a 90Hz refresh rate and with everything running on a Snapdragon 735 SoC. The phone is said to have a 4500mAH battery as well.
Reno 3 is said to have two storage options with 128GB and a 256GB variant both coming with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The price for the 128GB variant is expected to be CNY 3299 (468 US Dollars) and the 256GB to be priced at CNY 3599 ( 511 US Dollars).
Although all of this is yet to be officially confirmed by Oppo itself.
