KARACHI: Education Minister Saeed Ghani shared a video message clarifying that all the educational institutions (Schools/Colleges/Universities) in Sindh will reopen from 16 March 2020.
According to the Education minister Ghani, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah and other health department officials are constantly in contact regarding the Coronavirus update.

So far till now, The Government of Sindh has decided to reopen all the educational institutions on March 16, However after today’s meeting Education Minister Saeed Ghani will update if the Government made any changes.
“The reason schools/ colleges were closed from 26th February because we did not have the data and we were not fully prepared for it, now we have the comprehensive plan and data.” – Ghani added.
Adding to this Ghani said, “All 14 coronavirus cases are those who travelled from other countries and came here, so far Coronavirus has not been a single case in which [CoronaVirus] got locally transmitted.”
Last week, Fake News circulating on social media about the closure of schools and colleges in Sindh till April 1.
