United States reports over 1,500 coronavirus deaths in a single day bringing the country’s total number of fatalities to over 12,000 which is the second highest in the world and the country hasn’t even reached its peak of the infection.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in the United States have also surged past 388,000 which is not only the highest of any country in the world but also accounts for over 25% of the world total number of cases.
The country is reporting over 20,000 new COVID-19 cases each day and it is still to reach its peak and things will probably be getting much worse in the coming days.

France reports over 1400 coronavirus deaths in 24 hours
France also reported over 1,400 deaths in the last 24 hours bringing the total of the country to 10,328 which is currently the fourth highest in the world. The total number of coronavirus cases in France are over 109,000 and rising rapidly everyday.
Italy which has 17,177 deaths and over 135,000 COVID-19 cases however has seen an improvement in the daily number along with Spain which has 13,897 deaths and over 140,500 cases.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was also admitted to the hospital and last night was shifted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) although according to reports, he is doing better now and Downing Street spokesperson confirmed that he was given oxygen but was not put on a ventilator.
