The United States reported the highest coronavirus death toll of over 1,800 in a single day which is the highest of any country.
The total number of deaths in the United States has surged past 13,000 according to data from Johns Hopkins University with over 400,000 cases and rising and over 27,000 cases reported on Tuesday.
According to the US President Donald Trump, the country might be getting near to the top of the curve which will be the peak of the coronavirus in the country and cases will start to fall after that.

Most of the deaths were from the state of New York which reported 731 deaths and Governor Andrew Cuomo also said that the state is nearing its peak of the pandemic urging people to stay inside and continue with social distancing.
France is also seeing a rise in the number of coronavirus deaths with over 1400 reported on just Tuesday and the country has now surged past 10,000 deaths in total with the number of cases now crossing 109,000.
While France and the United States death toll keeps rising, China just lifted lockdown in its city of Wuhan where the coronavirus pandemic started and people are finally allowed to leave since strict restrictions were placed on 23 January, 2020.

While almost all countries around the world have been affected with COVID-19, North Korea still hasn’t reported any new cases even though the country is bordering China and South Korea which were terribly hit with the virus.
