The total number of coronavirus cases in Pakistan has surged to 5021 with over 200 new cases being reported on Saturday and the death toll has climbed to 86 and keeps rising.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa reported six deaths which was the highest reported during the day in Pakistan and took the provincial death toll to 31.
Punjab also reported three deaths and the PDMA Punjab Official Twitter handled confirmed that the total death toll of the province had reached 21 which is even less than yesterday when 22 deaths were being reported by multiple sources and have now been removed. No information regarding this blunder was found anywhere.

Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah stated that three new deaths occured on Saturday and a total of six in the last 24 hours bringing the total of the province to 28.

Global Update
Total number of coronavirus cases in the world have surged past 1,765,500 with over 108,000 deaths and United States now has the most number of cases as well as number of deaths globally.
Unted States has over 524,000 coronavirus cases that make up almost 30 percent of the global total along with 20,233 deaths that is the highest in the world after United States surged past Italy with a death toll of over 1500 every day and over 20,000 new cases being registered.
Italy still has the second highest number of coronavirus deaths with 19,468 and cases over 152,271 which is actually the third highest in the world right now.
Spain has the second highest number of coronavirus cases with over 161,500 and a death toll of 16,480. The country has seen a significant decline in the number of new cases and deaths. Although it has the second highest number of cases it is still no where near the United States.
France has seen a very high death rate this week with over 1500 fatalities being reported everyday however, it has now appeared to have improved with significantly lower death count being reported today. The total number of cases are over 129,500 and the death toll at 13,832.
