The Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Noor ul Haq Qadri has announced that decisions regarding Hajj 2020 will be made by mid of Ramazan.
According to the Religious Affairs Minister, authorities at Saudi Arabia are restricting them from signing any contracts at this point for Hajj 2020.
Authorities at Saudi Arabia are keeping a close eye on the coronavirus pandemic and analyzing the situation exploring various options on how to proceed for Hajj 2020 according to Minister Noor ul Haq Qadri.

The minister said that there is a possibility that only those living in Saudi Arabia and the region could perform Hajj and the quota for other countries could be reduced to 10 percent owing to the coronavirus pandemic.
The deadline for submission for medical certificates has also been extended according to the Ministry of Religious Affairs and people can submit them to banks until the 30 of this month.
In related news, the Meteorological department said that the Ramazan 2020 moon will be sighted on 24 April.
