Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has announced for International Flights to remain suspended till 15 May 2020 according to a press release issued on Saturday.
Earlier it was decided that domestic and international flights will remain suspended till 30 April 2020 but owing to the increasing number of coronavirus cases in the country, they have extended the suspension period.

The suspension will remain in place till 15 May, 2020 at 23:59 PST however, cargo and relief flights will still be operated with special permissions to bring back Pakistanis stuck abroad during the coronavirus pandemic. These flight are being operated by the Pakistan International Airline since 15 April.
As earlier, inbound lfights will go through thorough checking for coronavirus which includes screen, swab tests and quarantine as advised by doctors and medical experts.
The coronavirus cases in Pakistan have surged past 13,000 with 272 deaths and the daily numbers being reported only seem to be increasing as the pandemic reaches its peak in the country.
